10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of  California, USA Company's Legal Headquarters. without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

  • Dispute Resolution: Most concerns can be resolved quickly by contacting our customer service team. For any disputes that cannot be resolved informally, you agree to first arbitrate the dispute rather than proceeding to court, subject to the rules of [e.g., the American Arbitration Association or the London Court of International Arbitration]. You and Officeworks Global both waive the right to a trial by jury.
